In many African societies, women and children are discriminated against and are denied even basic human rights. Furthermore, they are often disadvantaged in legal matters. In Moshi/Kilimanjaro, we are working with several organizations that provide support, knowledge about income generation, health education and legal advice to women, children and disadvantaged minorities.

With us, you have the opportunity to support local kindergartens and primary schools in Arusha. Access to education and the associated educational opportunities for children in Tanzania depend very much on the income of their parents. Therefore, not all children get the same opportunities. In our projects, you support the teachers in their daily work.

Are animals important to you and would you like to get involved in animal welfare in Tanzania? Then you have the opportunity to get involved in a unique project with us. Arusha has a big problem, especially with street dogs, which multiply uncontrollably and are often in a catastrophic health condition.

Opportunities for education are limited in Zanzibar. The project therefore occupies an important position in Zanzibar, enabling young people to advance and develop personally and financially and thus stabilizing their lives and improving their quality of life.

You think that animal welfare is an important topic and would like to contribute something meaningful to improve the care and living situation of domestic animals in Zanzibar? As a volunteer in this program, you can support an animal welfare organization with the protection and care of neglected, abandoned and elderly animals.
