Ecuador is one of the great undiscovered gems of South America. The landscape rivals no other with magnificent mountains, lush jungles and jagged volcanic islands. Volunteer at an inspiring wildlife sanctuary on the edge of the Amazonian jungle, helping to care for hundreds of incredible animals.

Located on a remote Costa Rican beach, far from tourists and development, this turtle conservation project combines experiencing life on the Pacific coast with helping to protect an endangered species. Track nesting turtles, protect their eggs, release their babies safely back to sea and help to promote conservation in this rural area.

Join our dedicated team of volunteers and contribute to sea turtle protection efforts while gaining practical experience in data collection and wildlife conservation. As a volunteer, you will engage in vital conservation efforts, including night patrols to protect nesting turtles and data collection for research.

Protégez et assurez la survie des tortues marines en voie de disparition en participant aux actions de notre ONG au Costa Rica. Travaillez dans le parc national de Tortuguero où vous pourrez observer 3 espèces de tortues en voie de disparition et les plus belles réserves naturelles du Costa Rica. Vous aurez également l'opportunité d'étudier les problématiques environnementales globales locales.

Join an active conservation research centre to support their work in researching and conserving amazing local wildlife, including endangered sea turtles. During turtle season you will help monitor and protect nesting sea turtles and release hatchlings into the Pacific Ocean. Throughout the year there are several active scientific research projects to immerse yourself in Costa Rica’s wildlife.
