The internship is provided by a psychological center in Navi Mumbai run by a psychologist who is known in India as a television psychologist and writer.
In the center around 30% of the work is on career counseling, 40% on children with learning difficulties (e.g. dyslexia, ADD) and 30% is psychological counseling for individuals and corporate customers (organizational psychology).
The three subject areas from which online interns can choose are

* Organizational psychology (training and human resources)
* Advice on mental health problems related to the Covid-19 pandemic
Developmental psychology
The services are aimed at children who suffer from a lack of concentration, daydreaming, learning disabilities, laziness, poor spelling and lack of motivation. The weaknesses are identified and worked on in individual and group sessions, e.g. Fine motor skills, visual motor coordination, reading vocabulary comprehension and arithmetic; parents and teachers are also involved. What is special about this program is that the children receive these skills building activities in a playful way. The facility is a training partner of Pearson Clinical Assessments.
